Overview
Lighthouse Technology Partners (LTP), located
in Greenwich, CT since 1984, provides Consulting and IT Services to over 100
clients in the Metropolitan NY area. LTP has an extensive service history
ranging from smaller, single location entities to multi-location Fortune
1000 companies.
The ever-present direction of our advice to clients revolves around the
modernization of infrastructure and the utilization of Cloud technologies to
help clients simplify their operating environment and remove cost. In other
words, our mission is to minimize our client’s cost and management attention
to IT infrastructure and employee productivity tools so they can focus on
their own core mission.
Dependable
Predominantly, our clients depend on us to provide 100% of their
executive decision support, IT consulting, management, and support needs.
Others augment their internal capabilities with LTP resources.
Paradoxically, some of our most active clients engage us only on an “as
needed” basis. That being said, most clients rely on a Managed Service
Agreement with a fixed monthly fee arrangement. This relationship provides a
proactive set of executive advisory, IT management procedures, and
infrastructure monitoring with Help Desk. We have the ability to provision
every aspect of IT from desktop to datacenter while providing thought
leadership at the executive level.

Most C-level executives feel they have very unique IT problems and
concerns. LTP can be the solution. Often times, executives simply do not
understand technology enough to have confidence making management decision
revolving around technology. LTP can be the solution. The fact is, every
organization has many similar needs in terms of IT infrastructure and
business productivity tools. This is why we can be so effective. This is why
we can see through what may be conflicting internal opinions with the best
course of action. We’ve seen it before.

The LTP value premise: Repetition of the tasks over a wide base of
customers develops proficiency, resulting in time and dollar savings. It is
rare that an organization can possess the perspective or perform technical
or project work with the quality, cost efficiency, or speed to support end
users that LTP does. While every client shares some substantial IT needs
commonality, most requires some degree of customization or at least careful
configuration of their solution. Many organizations do have some or
substantial IT requirements that are best provided by internal staff.
Likewise, depending on organizational needs, some aspects of an IT
infrastructure may be best provided on-premise, while other may be best
delivered through cloud technologies, or in a hybrid solution.

Consultants Network.
